Coconut and Cholesterol

Hi Lina

I'm not a doctor, so I can't advise you I'm afraid.

There does seem to be some evidence which suggests that the Lauric Acid found in coconut oil may increase 'good' cholesterol and lower 'bad' cholesterol, though some other sources refute this claim.

All I can suggest is that you have a look at some of the many articles that are available about this topic - really do your research before making any decisions, and of course always talk to your doctor before implementing any changes.
